Application, Process & Quality

Application, Process & Quality

In our bonding process, we prioritize excellence, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. Using Type 1 PVA glue renowned for rapid drying and complete waterproofing, we achieve superior outcomes. This transparent glue preserves the wood's natural beauty without yellowing. Compliant with LEED standards, our adhesive aligns seamlessly with green construction initiatives. Our advanced radio frequency (RF) press system efficiently cures the stave lumber core, ensuring swift processing and timely shipments. This recognized method fosters robust and efficient bonds for optimal product quality. After pressing, thorough drying sets the glue and eliminates excess moisture, mitigating warping and quality concerns. Our meticulous quality inspection ensures all products meet standards and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing excellence in doors, windows, furniture, and various projects.
